Responsibilities
Act as the key point of contact for marketingDrive and manage the strategic and tactical development of our Marketing plan, campaigns and budget in line with our business development and organisational needsDevelop, produce and maintain marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and positioning of AGS globallyLead the development of our thought leadership, content; videos, infographics, webinars, white papers and case studies to drive effective lead generation and management that directly impacts our MQLSProactively drive enhancements to our website, in line with our business development needsLead the lobal strategy for events and webinarsProvide support to the Global Director of Marketing and wider Global Marketing Team, driving new innovations, streamlining processes and fostering collaboration for regional initiativesSupport the development of relationships with relevant industry partners to leverage joint marketing opportunities and promotion, driving favourable positions in industry rankings and awardsFoster good working relationships with the Corporate Marketing and Internal Communications teams to ensure consistencies in communications and brand guidelines when deploying strategies externallyAct as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor

QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing or Communications preferred5+ years of relevant marketing experience or digital marketing experience is requiredExperience in copy writing and content creation is preferredProficiency in CRM toolsStrong experience with working with multiple vendors/vendor relationship managementCustomer-centric focus on understanding and translating the needs of the customer to match internal business goals and objectivesStrong sense of teamwork and collaboration with an emphasis on building solid working relationshipsKnowledge of corporate goals and objectives, markets, competitors, positioning and offeringsAbility to listen, problem solve, maintain flexibility and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and project management skillsExcellent interpersonal communication, action and results oriented; problem solverEnjoyment around innovating and learning new technologiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and manage tight deadlinesAbility to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationshipsAbility to think creatively in order to influence and shape business decisions for clientsAbility to perform independently and within a team environment
