The Marketing Manager mission is to bring to life the hotel’s unique essence, promoting authentic, cultural, and wellness experiences that resonate deeply with discerning travelers.

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan aligned with the Alila brand and hotel’s business objectives.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.Create and execute campaigns that highlight local culture, the hotel’s design, and wellness as key differentiators.Lead public relations efforts, press events, and influencer collaborations with local and international media.Oversee digital content creation and management: website updates, social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.Develop and implement a social media strategy focused on visual storytelling, luxury, and authentic experiences.Promote on-property events and experiences (gastronomic, cultural, wellness, and art) by collaborating with FB, Operations, and Guest Experience teams.Build and maintain partnerships with media outlets, content creators, and key cultural and social figures.Supervise the production of photography and videography, ensuring brand alignment and storytelling excellence.Monitor and analyze marketing performance (KPIs), optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.Manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and positive ROI.
