Eaton’s EPG LAC Latin AmericaCaribbean Division division is currently seeking a Marketing Manager.
**What you’ll do:**
**Job Summary**
Responsible for providing direction and leadership for marketing strategy from development through deployment and overall product marketing functionality for both ES Brazil. Focus on profitable growth through products, alliances, partnerships, acquisitions and leveraging other Eaton businesses. Develops and leads the implementation of strategic plans, product roadmaps, business development, sales support with commercial/technical proposal and demand creation through application engineering.
**Job Responsibilities**
A. Market Intelligence
• Coordinate future market scenarios and analyses of the Electrial Group current product and new products demand in Latam;
• Identify the current and future needs of the markets in which the company operates seeking:
• Opportunities for current product business, supporting Product and Sales area in the preparation of value propositions for the customers;
• Opportunities to launch new products and services supporting the Product Area in the search for new business and/or increasing the profitability of the products portfolio;
• Plan and specify market and opinion surveys, sample size, tabulation and uncertainties to fully meet the administration needs of the company business;
• Explore all the market communication channels used “to listen and learn” with the objective of translating the collected information in market knowledge aiming at the maintenance of the sustainable competitive advantage of the Vehicle Group operations in South America.
• Analyze and monitor the competition moves related to new launches and/or other market strategies;
• Monitor market conditions constantly evaluating possible risks for the business;
• Coordinate the elaboration of the plans and sales forecasts through analyses and information about the behavior and tendencies of the automotive market both for existing and new product
• Elaborate market and sales scenarios for the business units, aiming at the appropriation of resources, investments and allocation of capacity and for the financial area for the analysis of the results of the company (net sales, costs and profits);
• Manage the Business Intelligence (BI) system, the market knowledge dissemination tool covering general statistics, market news and market and company results analyses and competition analyses.
B. Quotations
• Support sales areas with cost information and other to support the quote decision processes and realignment of prices;
• Provide support to sales and product areas in the preparation of cost estimates and cost revisions to products and services offered by the company, coordinating the activities of the several areas involved in order to ensure reliable and timely information as requested by the customers and the company;
• Develop quotations complex projects to meet customers´ requirements and timely deliveries.
C. Marketing Communication
• Plan and ensure the implementation of the Communication Plan on the organizational needs and financial resources available, promoting the products and services of the company through the various communication channels available.
• Evaluate the return on image achieved by the Communication Actions

**Qualifications:**
**Education level required**
- Bachelor Degree preferable in Electrical Engineering
- Master Degree desirable
**Years and area of experience required**
- Consistent experience with Sales & Marketing
- Solid knowledge of market, competitors and customers is preferred
**Technical knowledge**
- ERP Knowledge - preference in SAP
- Microsoft Office
- Advanced English
- Intermediate Spanish (desired)
