Marketing Manager

The Role

Coordinate marketing activities across channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, websites, events, broadcast and traditional media to deliver a cohesive and impactful brand experience. Define the buyer profile and journey to tailor marketing activities for each campaign Partner with cross-functional teams, including brand, public relations, creative, digital and sales operations, to support campaign messaging and develop creative assets that resonate with the target audience. Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media advertising, to reach target audiences and drive conversions. Support the planning and execution of events such as conferences, webinars and networking events  Use marketing automation, CRM systems and processes to manage data (leads, campaign interaction, etc.) that will be analyzed to determine campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization. Engage with a range of business stakeholders, offering marketing guidance and providing updates on campaign progress, performance and ROI   Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends and innovative marketing techniques in B2B marketing to continuously improve and evolve our marketing strategies.

The Requirements

A successful candidate will have the following qualities.

 Relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within a professional/financial services or a B2B environmentOutstanding written and verbal English language skillsStrong project management skills with a proven ability to lead a high volume of marketing initiatives in parallel with diverse and geographically dispersed teamsProven integrated marketing campaign experience Experience measuring campaign success through CRM (Dynamics desirable but not essential)Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships with business colleagues and senior leadersDemonstrated ability to learn and translate complex business issues for marketing purposesA collaborative work styleA keen interest in new media and technologies. Experience with Marketo, ON24, Dynamics, Hootsuite isn’t essential but is desirable.
