Key Responsibilities
1. Be the custodian of Brand Strategy & Positioning for Innovation variants
2. Opportunity Identification & Assessment: Map Consumer pain points, Category trends,
Competitive landscape, and emerging spaces to identify new product opportunities
3. Run the end-to-end Innovation process: from Opportunity assessment to Concept
development, Validation, and GTM readiness & execution. Work closely with multiple
functions - Marketing, R&D, Nutrition, Supply - ensuring every stage meets the defined
criteria before progression
4. Digital Omni-Channel Strategy & Execution: Innovation Variants
• Be Accountable for Topline & Bottomline delivery for Innovation Variants
• Collaborate with D2C, E-comm & Sales teams internally & externally to drive the
Innovation agenda, across channels – Website, Marketplaces, Q Comm
• Have a strong understanding of the Consumer to understand their Profile, Triggers &
Barriers
• Moreover, gather a solid understanding of Category & Competition – to then make
recommendations on Pricing & Product
5. Creative Ideation & Campaign Development: Innovation Variants
• Lead the Creative development process from ideation to execution - Paid & Organic –
varied themes
• Collaborate with creative & influencer agencies, and internal teams to produce
compelling & effective creative assets
• Develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience
Qualifications & Experience
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or
a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience:
o 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience with a strong track record in
brand strategy, digital marketing, creative campaign development, and new
product innovation.
o Experience in new age consumer product companies - FMCG, health &
wellness, or nutrition sectors is highly desirable.
o Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working
with external creative agencies.
o Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across eCommerce platforms
(D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce) and Retail environments.
