Job Description:

Purpose of Role

TD Wealth Advice which is comprised of TD Wealth Financial Planning and TD Wealth Private Wealth Management (PWM) is focused on the delivery of legendary client experiences to Mass Affluent, High-Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients. This is delivered through an integrated team of professional advisors across, Financial Planning, Private Investment Advice, Private Investment Counsel, TD Family Office, Private Banking, Private Trust, Wealth Insurance, and Wealth Advisory Services. As a member of the Private Wealth Management Strategy and Solutions Marketing Strategy team, the Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Group Manager working closely with key partners within TD Wealth Advice.

This role will collaborate closely with Corporate Marketing Partners, the Product Journey POD, and National Office on facilitating the development and execution of corporate marketing initiatives that support the overall business strategy, as well as digital initiatives to evolve our public site ecosystem. 


Accountabilities

Work closely with Corporate Marketing Partners on the execution of full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.

Develop and manage relationships between Corporate Marketing, Product Journey POD, and various business partners in National Office.

Analyze marketing campaign results and provide feedback to adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business objectives.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Mass Affluent and High Net-Worth Canadians, including their needs, preferences and behaviors.

With a strong business acumen of both Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management ensure adequate representation and strategic alignment on execution of corporate marketing initiatives.

Play an instrumental role in executing on Corporate marketing initiatives with the ability to provide feedback as the business subject matter expert when reviewing marketing tactics, complete control partner review and ensure stakeholders are always kept informed.

Review various types of marketing collateral (e.g., targeted emails, digital ads, social media content, landing page copy, etc.) and provide detailed feedback to ensure the value proposition and proof points of the business are well represented.

Ensure all marketing initiatives are reviewed through governance and control processes when required. All while demonstrating the ability to manage risk by working closely with key control partners across TD Wealth.

Ability to create and narrate a story while demonstrating strategic alignment for Leader presentations developed in PowerPoint.

Ensure Marketing initiatives have coordinated communications which may include both Leadership awareness and advisor specific communications through regular communication channels.

Grow as a thought leader with the ability to present marketing initiatives and facilitate discussion with advisors and or senior leaders.

Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes strategic alignment to the business, teamwork and timely communication of challenges.

Work closely with Digital Marketing Performance Product Owner supporting initiatives to elevate the digital experience on the Wealth Advice public webpage

Lead execution of control partner approvals for digital roadmap items, and provide feedback on envisioning briefs, reviewing wireframes, and copy.

Capabilities

Proven ability to influence and collaborate across stakeholders within the organization.

Strong execution skills to manage projects from start to finish with attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Proven marketing skills and ability to understand business strategy and how business objectives drive marketing initiatives.

Demonstrated understanding of the Financial Planning and Private Wealth Management businesses.

Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent required.

Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial industry
