The Marketing Manager of Service Programs reports directly to the Director of Programs and Service at J&J MedTech, EP. You will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for J&J MedTech, EP’s digital solutions to include our Software as a Service (SaaS) and traditional system service portfolio of products to achieve defined business objectives.
This role works closely with Upstream Marketing, Field Sales Management, Technical Services, IT and Privacy Departments, and Sales Operations to support the sales and clinical teams with the acquisition of customers.
You will be responsible for brand management, partner relationships, marketing communications and maintaining relationships with key business partners. Developing solutions to drive successful commercial programs, new product launches and collaborating with partners within J&J are paramount to our collective success.
Key responsibilities:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
· Owns responsibility for the development, execution, and business performance of all programs designed to meet business objectives, increase revenue, and market share.
· Leads the financial performance of the service portfolio as well as the management of product trends, and initiatives.
· Builds and executes marketing plans that increase service penetration, program penetration and helps drive increased US market share.
· Researches, analyzes, and supervises product line and SKU level financials, demand trends, customer movements, so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized. Understands and anticipates customer needs. Supports field proactively with ongoing customer-facing activities and field presence.
· Develops product value proposition. Collaborates with Commercial Educational, Customer Education and Field Leadership teams to develop accurate training materials and ensure field proficiency. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
· Works with MD Enterprise leaders to develop strategies that help improve customer contracting and IT processes related to our digital software solutions with the goal of improving sales cycle times.
· Responsible for developing and leading national and local programs that align to the US business plan and are consistent with our diversity, inclusion, and equity initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree required.
· 6 years of overall business experience in Med Tech, with Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular experience preferred.
· MedTech experience in marketing, sales, clinical or operations.
· Detailed success in developing strategies and executing tactical plans in driving new products or programs is required.
· Experience in leading partnerships or co-promotions.
· Ability to learn sophisticated technology/clinical applications Statistical analysis experience, strong presentation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience in developing and implementing yearly business plans which include defining goals, strategies and tactics.
· Proven record of sales, marketing or technical success with strong analytical skills Strategic-minded with strong collaboration skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· The ability to lead through influence in a matrix environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s Degree (MBA) preferred
· Information Systems knowledge with an IT background is a preferred with an ability to learn.
Physical working conditions / requirements:
· Up to 10% of Domestic travel

+ Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
+ Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$100,000 to $172,500
