Marketing Manager, Product Lifecycle CRM
Description Job Overview: One of our ecommerce clients is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the execution of Global Lifecycle Marketing (CRM) campaigns for Financial Services products across channels (email, push notifications, homepage, in-app messaging etc.) and Global Markets. This candidate will adopt a customer-centric approach and work cross-functionally to develop, implement and track the performance of recurring, trigger-based Product Lifecycle marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: - Build & launch personalized customer experiences globally for Financial Services products by leading the end-to-end creation and execution of CRM campaigns, including: - Development of high-quality creative assets (briefs, feedback rounds), including working cross-functionally with Creative teams (internal/agencies), Legal, Privacy & Customer Service teams - Defining audience strategy, segmentation and targeting in partnership with Product, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Database Marketing (DBM) teams - Ensuring seamless execution & launch of customer-facing campaigns as owner of operational execution, including working cross-functionally with Campaign Planning & Operations Teams on building, experimentation and deployment of marketing campaigns - Ownership of campaign reporting, including proposing scaling decisions for tests - Ownership of project timeline, including tracking campaign development & keeping relevant stakeholders informed - Adopt an innovate-and-iterate mindset and generate data-driven hypotheses in creation and iteration of campaigns, including designing A/B tests and continual optimization of campaigns based on learnings - Collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies with globally-dispersed team members and external partners to deliver campaigns and share-out results Skills Budgeting, Forecasting, audience strategy, project management, campaign management, A/B tests, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, reporting tools, Marketing campaign, financial services Additional Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field, MBA a plus - Background in eCommerce, CRM or performance marketing - Shown success in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry - Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels, functions and geographies - Effective communication skills in large & small settings, and comfortable working with Excel and Google Docs (primarily Slides and Sheets) and marketing tools. Experience Level Intermediate- senior Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Toronto,ON.
