**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a creative and commercially driven **Marketing Manager** to support the marketing function at The St. Regis London. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the essence of the hotel. This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand presence of one of the most anticipated luxury hotel openings in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury marketing, a passion for storytelling, and a proven ability to drive revenue through strategic campaigns and digital innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support development and execution of the hotel’s annual marketing plan in alignment with business goals and brand standards.
+ Lead seasonal promotions and activations across food and beverage, spa, and guest experiences.
+ Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, SEO, social, and email marketing in collaboration with regional teams.
+ Ensure all marketing materials and messaging reflect the St. Regis brand voice and visual identity.
+ Oversee the production of marketing collateral, signage, and photography.
+ Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
+ Partner with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to drive integrated marketing efforts.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or lifestyle marketing
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign analytics
+ A refined aesthetic and attention to detail
+ A passion for luxury branding and guest experience
+ Excellent communication and project management skills
