Marketing Manager, GPO Marketing (Office: Cambridge, MA)
**Marketing Manager, GPO Marketing (Office: Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN)** We’re searching for a marketing manager who’s excited about improving the lives of 2.5 billion people by 2030. Marketing to, and through, the Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) is at the heart of what you’ll do here, connecting Philips Health Systems to GPO and Health System external executive audiences through programmatic education and thought leadership marketing programs. **Your role:** + Develop and manage always-on enablement programs to educate GPOs on Philips’ portfolio, new product launches, services, value propositions, and differentiation. + Plan and execute thought-leadership campaigns that communicate Philips’ insights and build credibility and affinity with GPO audiences. + Design and deliver marketing programs via GPO channels to reach health-system customers, including content, digital, and event-driven tactics. + Oversee marketing assets and processes for Group Buy and Target Buy initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery. + Cultivate and coordinate top‑level relationships between Philips and GPO leaders and provide internal education to Philips sales and marketing teams on GPO value and ways of working. **You're the right fit if:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent. + 5+ years of work experience in areas such as Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Market Research or equivalent in Healthcare or Consumer Goods domain + Strong communicator and writer with proven project-management skills under tight deadlines; collaborative, quick learner who gives/receives feedback and successfully influences stakeholders across matrixed organizations. + Experienced in end-to-end marketing—conceptualizing, scoping, developing, and executing diverse programs; channel/GPO marketing experience preferred. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $95,250 to $152,400 The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
