About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Enterprise Solutions marketing team, which is one of three business lines within the S&P Global Market Intelligence division, and home to our software and solutions for the public and private markets.

The Team:

You will be joining a group of marketing professionals dedicated to delivering strategic marketing campaigns for our fast-growing Lending Solutions business which provides software, services and data that drive lending operations across the credit markets, including private credit. We are a small, dynamic team (operating within a large, matrixed organization) working in a fast-paced environment and focused on delivering measurable business results.


Responsibilities and Impact:

A key partner to sales, commercial strategy, product, and business leadership, you will work closely with the team to execute campaigns and events that support an exciting and evolving portfolio of products within a high-growth part of our business.

Execute multi-channel product marketing campaigns that have real business impact and support new growth areas in the private credit marketsWork closely with senior members of the business, and as part of a broader, international marketing team across Europe, North America and APAC, collaborating on cross business line campaignsLead the program development, production and logistics for hosted and third-party events and conferences, including our flagship annual in-person client event, Interact that takes place in New York and LondonTake the lead on drafting copy for email campaigns, social media posts, factsheets, our website and other marketing channels and collateralCollaborate and guide the contributions of functional specialist teams (content, design, events, email, digital, social media, etc.) within the larger marketing department and at external agenciesRegularly report and measure on the effectiveness of our campaigns through a focus on marketing-generated revenue, and provide recommendations on how we can improve

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,817 to $105,733. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

4-7 years’ experience in product marketing within financial services or fintech with a focus on corporate lending or private markets preferredA keen focus on B2B messaging and a knack for translating complex concepts into compelling storiesTech-savvy with experience in digital channels, AI and key martech systems, such as Marketo, Salesforce, ON24 and project management tools, such as Monday.comEducated to degree levelAn excellent communicator with impressive presentation and facilitation skillsProactive executor who thrives in fast-paced environments and juggles multiple projects Someone who enjoys working in a large, cross-functional, matrixed organizationA positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to embrace change
