Job responsibilitiesSchedule role-specific remote and/or face-to-face panel interviews to grow our vibrant Thoughtworks community.Coordinate our Interviewer Readiness training program that empowers Thoughtworkers to become great interviewers.Maintain data hygiene and use relevant systems to reduce manual efforts where applicable.Collaborate with recruiters to ensure optimal prioritization of candidates pipeline.Ownership of a great candidate experience through proactive and consistent communication during the recruiting process.Play an active role in achieving Thoughtworks W+UGM hiring goals by curating diverse interview panels that provide inclusive interview experiences for candidates.Supporting data collection, analysis and its communication, including the distribution of relevant insights to its internal stakeholders within recruitment.Job qualificationsTechnical skillsKnow how to prioritize and make scheduling complicated interview panels look easy.Effective collaboration with candidates, interviewers, recruiters and other key stakeholders.Ability to think analytically, read data, and propose improvements.Professional skillsYou are highly organized and collaborative and actively contribute to your team meeting targets.You love to learn and aren't afraid to try new things.
