Under the guidance of our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing sales and marketing strategies across our diverse offerings, including rooms, residences, spa, pool, fitness facilities, restaurants, bars and sustainability initiatives.

What will I be doing?
As a Marketing Intern you will work closely with our Marketing Manager implementing sales and marketing strategies across our diverse offerings.
\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of our hotel's unique selling points, amenities, and services, as well as those of our competitors.\nCollaborate closely with sales, food and beverage, events, and spa teams to promote special offers, events, and occasions.\nMaintain and clean up the photo and video bank for the hotel and its facilities.\nMaintain and enhance our Account & Contact Database by collecting and auditing data regularly.\nProactively build and nurture customer relationships through various sales and marketing activities, including email campaigns.\nUtilize WhatsApp and email to engage guests with promotions and updates.\nEnsure prompt responses to all guest inquiries within 24 hours.\nUphold a positive attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.\nMonitor the revenue and business production of your assigned portfolio, providing end-of-month reports.\nCollaborate with the Marketing team to amplify our online presence through increased reviews and engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and Instagram stories.\nProvide valuable insights to the Marketing Manager on evolving marketing trends, competitive analysis, and innovative selling strategies.\nParticipate in relevant Training and Development programs as recommended by senior management.\nWhat are we looking for?
