What You'll Do
This is an internship role within a high-growth geography, focused on supporting Brazil’s local-office Marketing activities. The Marketing Intern will be an integral member of the Marketing team, providing hands-on support across event organizations, communications, and cross-team initiatives.
Under the guidance of Marketing leadership, this role offers exposure to core marketing processes, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution, while fostering the development of both technical and professional skills. The position is designed to provide a strong learning experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment and contribute to the successful delivery of local marketing initiatives.
Assist in organizing client and internal events, ensuring logistics and materials are prepared for successful execution. Support the creation and maintenance of invitee lists aligned with defined target audiences. Prepare draft communications for events and marketing initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging. Provide support for internal communications and coordination across teams. Collaborate with different teams on marketing-related projects and initiatives. Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks within the Marketing department. Actively participate in training sessions to develop technical knowledge and soft skills. Perform additional tasks as assigned to broaden learning, exposure, and professional development.
What You'll Bring
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Interest in marketing and communications, with a preference for candidates focusing on communication-related areas (e.g., corporate communications, events, branding, or digital marketing). Ability to work closely with leadership, executive assistants, and multiple stakeholders to gather and organize information. Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.
