About Hyatt

Hyatt is a global hospitality company guided by its purpose of care. Our Regional Office teams play a critical role in shaping strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving commercial performance across regions and properties. From Zurich, our Regional team collaborates across functions and markets to build meaningful partnerships that enhance brand visibility, create value for our guests, and support business growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, curious, and design-conscious Marketing Intern to support regional and brand marketing initiatives across EAME, with a strong focus on F1 and tennis activations throughout the year.

This role requires someone who thrives with a great deal of autonomy and takes genuine ownership of their work. You’ll play a key role in supporting campaign coordination, documentation, and activation delivery — ensuring everything is executed thoughtfully precisely, and to a high aesthetic standard.

The successful candidate must be based in Switzerland and able to work from the EAME Regional Office in Zurich three days per week. This six-month internship is open to third- or fourth-year students aswell as recent graduates and is expected to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Activation Support

Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns across EAME

Support the management of agencies to ensure all deliverables align with brand standards

Support the rollout of campaign toolkits and guidelines to properties

Support the compilation of recap decks and post-event performance summaries

F1 Tennis Activations

Support the execution of high-profile sports marketing initiatives (Formula 1, Wimbledon, French Open)

Assist with experiential event coordination and hospitality planning

Maintain trackers and activation calendars, ensuring documentation is thorough and up to date

Marketing Tools Resources

Identify and shortlist agencies, content creators, photographers, and social media partners across the region for collaboration at both corporate and property levels.

Reach out to potential partners, vet their suitability, obtain costings, and maintain an up-to-date partner list.
