The Marketing Intern, CRM will play a pivotal role in contributing to the development, execution, analysis and optimization of targeted outreach to patients and prospects. This internship position supports Atlantic Health’s marketing objectives to drive sustainable growth and deliver an extraordinary consumer experience. Responsibilities + Partner with internal creative, production and analytics teams to develop, deploy, and analyze CRM and Performance Marketing programs across channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, affiliate and MyChart patient portal + Monitor and analyze response rates and program performance, identify trends and extract actionable insights + Support the design and execution of testing plans and learning agendas + Make recommendations for optimization based on test results + Support marketing automation and personalization capabilities development + Support the development of dashboards and reporting + Contribute to copywriting, editing, image selection, and proofreading + Complete additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned + Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited public or private College/University + Ideally pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field + Be in good academic standing + Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, asylee, refugee, or lawful permanent resident. + Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Demonstrated skills in project management + Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities At Atlantic Health System, our promise to our communities is; Anyone who enters one of our facilities, will receive the highest quality care delivered at the right time, at the right place, and at the right cost.
