Marketing & Innovation Commercial Finance Manager - 12 Month FTC

We’re currently seeking a Marketing & Innovation Commercial Finance Manager to join our team on a 12-month parental leave cover starting late August 2025. In this key role, you’ll partner with the Marketing team to drive the Finance agenda for Innovation across ANZ Foods, lead strategic initiatives, and manage a small team including one offshore employee. Partner with Marketing to drive strategic initiatives including adjacencies, BFY, and co-manufacturing. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for A&M and innovation. Oversee financial governance, controls, and support Capex planning for innovation. Lead and develop a small team while promoting a strong safety and wellbeing culture. Qualifications About you: Degree-qualified with CA, CPA, or CIMA accreditation and 5–7 years’ experience, including time in FMCG and commercial finance. Strong cross-functional collaborator with proven ability to influence stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Skilled in financial analysis, reporting, and presenting insights with impact. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
