The internship will last 6 months to 1 year long-term internship, part time (3 days a week). + Assisting with the preparation and implementation of programs in events such as congresses and meetings with close follow-up of necessary procedures, operational duties, and logistical details. + Responsible for localizing EMEA materials in accordance with local SOPs and regulations by translating the content, conducting design checks with creative agencies, and managing the approval processes on Veeva Vault. + Creating promotional materials for local needs and ensuring their timely upload into the Veeva Vault system, following all required approvals and procedures. + Effective communication and coordination with third party vendors, particularly creative agencies. + Supporting X-functional team meetings and contribute to brand-related agendas. This will involve coordinating and delivering meeting minutes, as well as following up on actions with relevant parties. + Conducting comprehensive research both internally and externally to generate valuable insights and provide support for ongoing and newly initiated projects. + Tasked with generating ad-hoc analysis and reports to provide valuable insights.
