About the Role:
Own and drive the overall marketing strategy for Vietnam, aligned with regional APAC objectives and global brand standards.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across Office, Retail, Industrial, Capital Markets, Research, Valuation, and Facilities Management.
Oversee end-to-end property and project marketing, including concept development, media planning, creative delivery, and performance reporting.
Partner closely with business leaders, country management, and regional teams to support business development, pitches, and client presentations.
Lead digital marketing, social media, website, SEO, and paid campaigns; track analytics and translate data into actionable insights.
Manage media relations, PR activities, press releases, and corporate communications to elevate brand visibility in Vietnam.
Drive client-facing events, industry forums, and internal engagement initiatives to strengthen market positioning and employee connection.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5–7+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within real estate, professional services, or a B2B / agency environment.
Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability across campaigns, digital platforms, content, and events.
Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and clients.
Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Data-driven, creative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Comfortable working with regional and global teams in a matrix environment.
