Overall Key Position Objective
The incumbent is to assist the team on marketing programs for our corporate partners to achieve sales targets and to ensure deadlines are met as planned, including preparing reports and other routine tasks as required to support the business.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of new business development pipeline
• Assist to develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Assist to prepare and plan campaign launch schedules for all campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor the progress of the campaigns launched via direct marketing channels such as direct mailing, telemarketing and online.
• Maintain excellent rapport with partners at various levels with the objective of optimizing business opportunities and securing long term partnerships with these corporate partners
• Work with internal stakeholders including Underwriters, IT, Call Centre, Claims, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure timely launch of campaigns
• Conduct post campaign analysis
• Conduct competitors’ analysis with regular updates
• Prepare performance report per partners’ requirement
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing with 2-4 years working experience in an insurance company/financial institution. Direct Marketing or digital marketing experience preferred. Fresh Dip/Deg graduates are welcome to apply.
• You must be a team player and an effective negotiator with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills • Knowledge in general consumer insurance is an advantage
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment
• High attention to detail, meticulous and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
