Job Summary:
We’re searching for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our award-winning marketing team.
Reporting into the Senior Value & LSM Lead and working across the marketing team and closely with Franchisees and Operations teams, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of our marketing calendar and a central member of the team.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from briefing and development to execution and evaluation, across print and digital channelsCollaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams in the deployment of multi-channel marketing activities that drive incremental sales growth and long term loyaltyWrite marketing comms for key stakeholdersAssist with the planning of the marketing calendarSupport Franchise Owners with marketing materials and advice on marketing activity enquiriesAttend and present at team and agency meetings and marketing meetingsMonitor competitor activity and pricing, cascade any relevant information to the marketing teamCopy write and proof readAnalyse the performance of marketing campaignsOngoing optimisation of marketing activities to increase engagement and enhance customer retention/reactivationMaintain the quality and integrity of the Papa John’s brandEnjoy the odd slice of pizza!Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related fieldA good foundation knowledge of marketing principlesProven experience in Marketing, preferably within the QSR industry or a related fast-paced consumer-facing sectorKnowledge of the pizza market and a genuine interest in eating out / takeawaysExcellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one timeStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience in briefing, developing, critiquing and reporting on successful marketing campaignsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and ExcelStrong attention to detail, with particular aptitude for spelling, grammar and proof readingAble to work alone and as part of a teamNice to have
Experience in managing franchise relationships and supporting franchisees in brand implementation is desirable Experience within a business with online ordering and fulfilment channels, as well as ‘bricks & mortar’Knowledge of GDPR principles and guidelinesAdditional information
