About Role
Event Execution & Management
+ Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, pop-ups, and activations
+ Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery
+ Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Trade Marketing
+ Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost visibility and sales
+ Coordinate with sales teams to align BTL activities with retail objectives
+ Manage POS materials, in-store branding, and promotional campaigns
Budget & Reporting
+ Track budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of BTL activities
+ Prepare post-activity reports with ROI analysis and key learnings
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
+ Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers
+ Ensure timely procurement and deployment of marketing assets
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
+ 2–4 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, or trade promotions
+ Strong project management and organizational skills
+ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
+ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during activations
