Marketing Executive

Role overview: 

The Marketing Executive role provides essential support to the marketing team by executing marketing plans, assisting with excellent activations. Acting as a strategic growth driver, this role supports becoming a true strategic partner to our sales team, working in close collaboration to drive local sales and achieve shared goals. The role needs to be fully aligned and 'joined at the hip' with Sales which is essential to success. 

This role will be “always-hands-on" with a “can-do” mindset at all times and a passion for excellent execution putting our customers at the very heart of everything we do.  

Key Accountabilities: 

Execution of Marketing Plans: 

Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and activities as outlined by the Head of Marketing. 

Write and edit marketing copy for various channels, including email, social media, websites, and promotional materials. 

Ensure all marketing assets are localised in alignment with the brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality. 

Content and Material Development: 

Create and edit engaging content for various marketing activities, such as events, on-ground activations, and websites. 

Prepare presentations and other supporting materials for both internal and external use. 

Collaborate with design teams or utilize available tools to develop visually appealing on-brand marketing assets. 

Event Coordination 

Support the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, webinars, and customer loyalty programs. 

Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of event materials. 

Assist in on-site event support, including setup, registration, and attendee engagement. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

Work closely with global marketing teams, sales, teams and partners to align efforts and ensure seamless execution. 

Coordinate with strategic partners and vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. 

Act as a point of contact for internal teams requiring marketing assistance. 

Administrative and Operational Support: 

Manage marketing calendars, track deadlines, and maintain an organized workflow. 

Monitor inventory of marketing materials and coordinate reorders as needed. 

Support data entry and reporting activities to track performance and outcomes. 

Brand Leadership: 

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing outputs. 

Support building a winning team

Education 

Educated to degree level or equivalent; a professional qualification in Marketing and/or Sales is highly desirable.
