Marketing Events Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage end-to-end event execution, including exhibitions, launches, and activations. Develop innovative event concepts, layouts, and programs such as workshops, seminars, and live demonstrations. Identify and secure venues, sponsors, and strategic partners to enhance event success. Coordinate all event logistics, including vendors, equipment, catering, and facilities management. Ensure compliance with all legal, health, safety, and insurance requirements. Drive event visibility through marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and communications. Oversee on-site execution, including setup, event operations, and post-event dismantling. Monitor event performance and provide post-event analysis and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event planning and execution. Proven track record in managing large-scale events and activations.
