EF Education First is now looking for a Marketing & Events Intern to join our Stockholm Office.The ideal candidate can be with us for at least three months from September – December 2025 (please include your availability in your application). This is an unpaid internship. The Role. As our Marketing & Events Intern, you’ll be part of the marketing team and work closely with our coordinators to bring our campaigns and events to life. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized person with exceptional attention to detail, who enjoys both behind-the-scenes logistics and creative social media work. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on planning, loves a fast-paced environment, and enjoys meeting new people. One day you might be setting up a booth at a high school fair, the next you’re editing an Instagram reel from the event.You will:Support the planning and logistics for events, fairs, and open housesAssist with on-site event coordination and representing EF to students, teachers and parentsHelp manage EF’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)Create and post engaging content from events, campaigns and daily EF activitiesBring fresh, creative ideas to our campaigns and activities The Person. A self-starter with excellent organizational skills – you make things happen and you make them happen wellComfortable juggling multiple projects at once and working to deadlinesEnergetic, positive, and adaptable – ready to pitch in wherever neededInterested in event planning, marketing and social media trendsAn active user of Instagram, TikTok and other relevant channels (please share links with your application)Fluent in Swedish and confident in English
