Marketing Email Developer

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

Build and manage email campaigns in Eloqua for clients and prospectsDesign HTML emails, templates, and responsive newslettersExecute campaigns based on marketing plans and ensure compliance with best practices and data privacy lawsOptimize deliverability, list hygiene, and campaign performanceConduct A/B tests and oversee campaign quality controlTrack and report on email and content marketing performanceAnalyze subscriber behavior to inform marketing decisionsImplement segmentation and lead scoring for targeted outreachServe as the Eloqua expert, providing training, troubleshooting, and user supportDevelop platform solutions to improve campaign efficiency and results

What Are We Looking For?

8+ years in email marketing or marketing automationExperience with Eloqua and similar platformsStrong HTML and responsive email design skillsKnowledge of segmentation, B2B campaigns, A/B testing, and optimizationUnderstanding of deliverability, compliance, and email best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Eloqua or other automation toolsExperience with lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and data analysisKnowledge of cross‑channel marketing and CSS for responsive design
