Your role at Clorox:

The Marketing Director for the Pacific Cluster (Chile and Peru) is accountable for deploying and implementing the Company´s Brand strategy, translating it into strong and consistent demand creation plans / initiatives (product or Commercial Innovation) and define the Brands priorities to ensure the integration of Distribution, display and development with efficient and effective advertising support.
This role is a member of both the PMU Leadership Team and the Marketing Leadership Team.
In close collaboration with other functions (Sales SC, Finances), the role develops strategies, objectives, business plans and investment budgets to meet annual volume and profit commitments. The Director shares full accountability for the PMU’s profit delivery with the local leadership team.

In this role, you will:

Set and drive the Pacific Cluster (Chile-Perú) Studio agenda, leading multifunctional teams to one common goalProvide input in key Regional plans and customize for local needs prior to executionLead the definition & execution of Demand Creation plans (Advertising, Consumer and Sales Promotion)Protect and secure a healthy value equation for brand portfolio.Ensure brand studio plans are properly communicated and integrated to S&OP process and across the organizationP&L Management for the clusterOwns the Advertising budget, ensures quarterly budget targets.Lead the Pacific Cluster Marketing functional team (coaching, feedback, calibration)

What we look for:

Minimum 15 years of experience in Marketing and Sales roles, with a strong track record in multinational FMCG companiesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Administration or equivalent experience.Advanced in EnglishExcellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsPeople coaching and developmentStrong analytical skills, business acumen, financial perspective, strategic thinkingCapability to manage multiple projects and open frontsAbility to seamlessly navigate from strategy to execution and vice versa ensuring a healthy balance between creating right vision/strategy and plans and ensuring their flawless execution in the marketMulti-country, multi category experience is desirable
