Regional Marketing Director – JLL New York Tri-State

What this job involves:

We're seeking a strategic marketing leader to spearhead JLL's New York Tri-State marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with business leadership to develop market-specific campaigns that deliver a consistent narrative to key audiences. By localizing global campaigns and fusing them with regional proof points, you'll drive demand generation, strengthen our brand presence, and enhance client engagement. This position requires strategic partnership with senior leaders, prioritizing marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, and making data-driven decisions about resource allocation for maximum business impact.

What your day-to-day will look like:Partner with executive leadership to translate business objectives into comprehensive marketing strategiesDevelop and manage annual marketing plans with clear KPIs aligned to regional financial goalsOrchestrate cohesive multi-channel marketing campaigns that reinforce JLL's brand positioningManage external PR agencies while supporting regional communications through content creation and leadership positioningAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic directionDirect lead generation programs that deliver qualified prospects to the sales pipelineOversee local event strategy including conferences, awards, and client/prospect engagements

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fieldMinimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional servicesProven track record of developing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business resultsExcellence in cross-functional collaboration and executive communicationStrong executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders across business linesStrategic thinking skills to drive alignment across diverse marketing plans and needsExperience managing integrated marketing programs and budgetsProficiency in MS Office suite and digital marketing platforms

Preferred Qualifications:Commercial real estate industry experienceAdvanced degree in Marketing or BusinessExperience with marketing automation and CRM platformsPublic relations and media relations backgroundDemonstrated success in change management initiativesExperience with data analytics and marketing performance metricsBackground in B2B marketing within complex organizations

Location: Onsite at JLL New York Tri-State office

Estimated total compensation for this position:

160,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
