The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading organic demand generation strategies, driving customer acquisition and retention, and optimizing performance across all store locations.
Marketing Director responsibilities: Develop and lead the organic growth marketing strategy to drive traffic, leads, and rentals through content, research, and competitive analysis Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and refine strategies for scalability and improved results across all locations Leverage customer data, feedback, and competitor analysis to enhance organic marketing and customer retention initiatives Design and execute marketing strategies that support revenue growth, with a focus on high-impact regional and vertical campaigns Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, asset management, and channel teams to launch joint go-to-market initiatives Oversee the execution of local events and sponsorships to increase lead generation and community engagement Develop and report on performance metrics for organic leads and customer retention Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability Provide executive-level reporting on marketing effectiveness, progress, and revenue impact
The successful candidate has: 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field Proven experience leading and scaling marketing strategies that directly impact lead generation Deep understanding of organic growth strategies and customer journey mapping Excellent project and team management skills, with a strong ability to lead and motivate others Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Deep understanding of Omni channel and organic customer engagement
Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $90,000 – $120,000 depending on experience Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered Comprehensive benefits package RRSP matching program Discretionary bonus opportunities Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
