In this role, you will be a key member of the TMTT Europe Marketing Leadership Team and will lead a team of product managers to drive the strategy and tactics supporting the adoption of our innovative portfolio of transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies in Europe. You will be reporting to the Sr Director, Marketing and Patient Activation TMTT Europe.
How you’ll make an impact:
Define strategic direction in alignment with global strategy, and lead execution of initiatives supporting the TMTT portfolio, including the following:
Lead new product launchesEnsure effective management of commercial productsDrive creation, implementation and measurement of omnichannel campaigns in collaboration with Omnichannel TeamDrive the development, delivery and implementation of messaging as well as marketing assetsEnsure adequate customer segmentation and drive development & implementation of value propositions, messaging and campaigns accordinglyLeverage customer relationship management platforms (SFDC) to drive best-in-class customer targeting and campaign executionDrive competitive monitoring, response messaging, and objection handling.Define and drive implementation of annual marketing planPlan and execute measurable promotional campaigns aligned to business objectivesIdentify market research needs and work with TMTT Strategy team to define and execute on relevant market research projectsWork in collaboration with Scientific communications and Medical Affairs team to drive dissemination of clinical evidenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive multiple major product launches, campaigns and programs supporting brand preference and adoptionWork closely with Commercial teams to understand customers’ and field teams’ needs and develop relevant content and toolsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clinicians/therapy leadersRepresent Edwards at exhibitions, trade meetings, and other events per business needContribute to development of customer and internal training plansDevelop strong collaboration and effectively interact with all EU and Global teams.Actively contribute to TMTT Europe Marketing Leadership Team and to pan-TMTT marketing initiativesBuild and manage a high-performing team of product managersEnsure high-level of market, customer and product knowledge within the teamManage Portfolio Marketing financial budget and ensure optimal allocation of resourcesWhat you'll need (Required):
Bachelor degree required at minimum, MBA a plusMinimum 8 years of successful marketing/product management experience in healthcare, preferably medical devices. Cardiovascular experience a plus.Proven track record of managing successful product launches in pharma or medical devicesPortfolio Management ExperienceWhat else we look for (Preferred):
