Job Description

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop franchise, brand strategies and plans in short term and long term.Establish, manage, coordinate and evaluate brand strategy & plans, category A&P budgets, related to the Takeda strategy.Manage the implementation of marketing plan and initiatives through working with cross-functional teams.Build a strong network with global brand team and ensure China be fully integrated into global brand management planEnsure high quality execution of agreed tactical plans in the region via local marketing & sales team.Closely monitor performance of in-market products per region and establish action plans when results fall short of planned objectivesResponsible for brand P&L according to MRP targets.Lead marketing team and develop/retain talents. Ensure high standard on-boarding (new category employees), career planning and training / development to constantly improve marketing capabilities.Lead and manage future new product launch. Ensure top quality and timely preparation of new launches according to Takeda New Product Launches guidelines & standards.Manage and control A&P budget to be effective and efficient within financial plan.Oversee category market research initiatives as part of brand plans and anticipate market reactions / changes.Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor degree a mustPostgraduate degree in business management or marketing a plus15+ years of marketing experience and 5+ years as a brand owner (market manager and above) in the pharmaceutical industry a must;Team management experience with 8+ HC a must;Sales management skills a plus;Lauch experience a plus;Mega brand experience or rare disease experience a plus;Neuroscience experience / know-how a plus.Competency and skills in leading and developing marketing team and peopleStrong business orientation, good business sense, and ability to think out of box utilizing science to create competitive advantage.Can-doer spirit and strong commitment to the objectivesExcellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Fluency in English both in verbal & written.Office software operation skills.
