SBS Marketing Director, Embedded Partner Solutions
ADP is seeking a Director of Marketing for our Embedded Partner Solution for our Small Business Services business unit.
In this role, you will own embedded partner marketing to help drive acquisition and growth for the embedded business. This person will be responsible for developing partner-led go-to-marketing programs to drive adoption of the embedded product through the partner’s platform. As the primary marketing lead for embedded partner marketing, you will work closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and influence.
To be successful in this role you must be detailed oriented, self-starter who can be pro-active, able to navigate in matrix organization and operate with a sense of urgency. You will have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
+ **Own and lead the end-to-end embedded partner marketing strategy** , with full accountability for partner acquisition, activation, and growth of ADP’s embedded solution.
+ **Develop and execute scalable, partner-led go-to-market campaigns** that drive adoption through partner platforms.
+ **Act as the primary marketing authority for embedded partnerships** , setting vision, priorities, and success metrics in close alignment with key cross-functional partners.
+ **Define partner segmentation, positioning, and value propositions** that clearly articulate ADP’s embedded advantage and resonate with prospective and existing partners.
+ **Continuously evaluate and evolve the embedded marketing materials** , identify gaps and opportunities to accelerate growth and strengthen ADP’s embedded solution.

**Desired Qualifications:**
+ **8-10 years of experience planning, executing and partner marketing**
+ **Strong project management skills and effective cross-functional management in a highly matrixed environment**
+ **Possess excellent organizational, time management and communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and leadership**
+ **Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and present to multi-level organization, including senior leadership and to external partner leadership.**
+ **Data-driven mindset with demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills**
+ **Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) a plus**
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $98,000.00 - USD $198,800.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
