Summary:
We're seeking a strategic and consumer-focused Lead Buyer to drive seasonal footwear assortments across direct retail channels, with a primary focus on digital commerce. This role blends data-driven decision-making with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics to deliver compelling product assortments.
Responsibilities:
* Own and execute seasonal assortment strategies across multiple consumer segments and channels
* Use historical data, analytics, and real-time feedback to inform future planning and optimize current performance
* Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, allocation, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure assortments meet consumer demand and business goals
* Participate in seasonal buy reviews and in-season trading to drive growth and profitability
* Manage assortment building, system entry, and coordination with planning and allocation teams
