Job Description

Help us tell our story. As part of the marketing team, you’ll shape how Bosch Rexroth connects with customers and partners in Japan and beyond. You’ll work on digital campaigns, social media content, internal communications, and branding initiatives.

What you’ll do:
• Support digital marketing campaigns and social media activities
• Create content for online and internal communication
• Assist in market analysis and competitor research
• Help plan and execute local events

Qualifications

Upper-Intermediate English required

Upper-Intermediate Japanese preferred

You should...
Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months.
Be enrolled at a university during the entire internship period.
Be willing to work hybrid, so in office and home office.
Be flexible, willing and motivated to live and work in a different culture.

What we’re looking for:
• Passion for marketing, branding, and storytelling
• Creative mindset and strong communication skills
• Good command of English, able to communicate effectively in an international environment 
• Japanese is a big plus
• Experience with websites, digital tools or social media analytics is a plus

Additional Information

Target Internship Period: July 1st to December 31st. The start date is flexible, provided it is agreed at least three months in advance for visa purposes.

*We offer a very competitive monthly net allowance of 200,000 Yen on a full-time scheme as well as the commuting fee. Housing and flight to Japan are at the responsibility of the Intern. Also you will get a full support for visa application to stay in Japan for the internship. Please note that the full visa process may take up to three months. Furthermore, applicants who intend to have an internship period for 12 months/already hold residence status in Japan will receive a monthly gross allowance.   

****Non-Japanese Nationals (visa requirements):  
Please note that applicants who are not Japanese nationals need to be eligible to obtain the Designated Activities Visa for an internship with Bosch Japan. Therefore, only students who fulfill the following conditions are eligible to apply:
A.) Enrolled student at a university at least 3 months before the internship and during the entire internship period.
B.) Doing the internship will require your university to sign a document confirming that the internship represents a mandatory or strongly recommended part of your university curriculum when applying for your visa.
