Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Marketing Database Specialist to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Marketing Database Specialist you will analyze player and customer databases and uss your findings to assist with development of marketing and players club promotional activity for gaming operations.

Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 - $53,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Provide detailed analysis of the player database to identify opportunities for increased revenue, market share, and spend efficiencyFacilitate the implementation, tracking, and reporting of all marketing activitiesDevelop predictive modeling utilizing historical data for promotional effectiveness and labor needsPro forma and postforma development for evaluation of all marketing initiativesCoordinate list management and queries for direct mail and email recipients under provided guidelines
