We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Data Specialist who can bring clarity, intelligence, and momentum to our global digital marketing organization. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and storytelling—turning complex datasets into insights that drive smarter decisions, faster execution, and measurable growth.
The full-time Marketing Data Specialist will report into the TDS Enterprise Global Digital Marketing team, and their COEs, to provide technical data expertise, development experience, and marketing data thought leadership. This individual will serve as the process consultant and primary team resource for all marketing data needs across the entirety of the CW Digital Ecosystem, supporting the digital roadmap with their technical skills and innovation. This individual will be a self-starter and be able to operate independently to help influence and drive strategy and programs forward on behalf of Digital leadership within TDS and Marketing.
Data Management & Infrastructure
Own the collection, cleansing, transformation, and maintenance of marketing data across multiple platforms (CMS, DAM, PowerBI reports, Sitecore suite, analytics tools, paid media, social, events).Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with enterprise data standards.Partner with engineering and data teams to refine pipelines, schemas, and integrations in TDS, including Advisory and the Engage CRMAnalysis & Insight Generation
Translate raw data into clear insights that guide campaign strategy, content performance, customer segmentation, and channel optimization.Build dashboards and reports that deliver real-time visibility into KPIs, effectiveness, and ROI.Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and behavioral patterns across global markets.Marketing Technology & Enablement
Support the configuration, governance, and optimization of marketing toolsChampion data best practices—helping marketers understand what’s possible, what’s measurable, and what matters.Evaluate new tools, data sources, and methodologies to advance marketing intelligence capabilities.Collaboration & PartnershipWork cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Content, Product, Research, Property and Data Science teams.Communicate insights with clarity, confidence, and business relevance—tailoring the narrative to executives as needed.Act as a problem-solver and consultant for teams seeking data-driven decision support.Qualifications
4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data operations, or digital performance analysis.Sitecore Experience or willingness to trainStrong fluency in SQL, data modeling concepts, and working with large datasets.Expertise in analytics platforms (GA4, Looker/Power BI/Tableau), CRM/MAP tools (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot/Eloqua), and campaign attribution models.Exceptional ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort managing multiple parallel priorities.Nice-to-Haves
Experience in global organizations or multi-region data environments.Familiarity with AI-driven content and automation tools.Knowledge of commercial real estate, technology, or enterprise services.What Success Looks Like

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
