Description Growth marketing The Marketing Analyst will join this client's growth Marketing team to help identify, track and report on Small Business Marketing operational and success metrics, including but not limited to: producing team level, program area and individual campaign reports establishing benchmarks for key metrics across team publishing reports on team impact monthly with quarterly recaps and halfly impact responding to leadership requests on campaign/project impact Operational Metrics Capacity tracking Output tracking Total campaign / content delivery Avg timelines for delivery Avg timelines by phase (brief, copy, design, dev) Performance Metrics Reach / # Touched Engagement Open rates CTR CPA / CPC (?) Web - HQT, click tracking, bounce, time spent, video views Customer sentiment score Highest performing vs lowest creative by channel Creative Experimentation · A/B test results (inc. ‘best practice’ validation by channel) · # tests run · New channel engagement (ie YT, Display) Skills Digital marketing, Marketing analysis, Tableau, Marketing campaign, Data analysis, Sql, Digital, Analysis, Dashboard, Python, Reporting, Data, Marketing analytics Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
