The Role

Marketing Coordinator Specialist

As a key member of the Italian marketing team and a strategic support to the Marketing Director, you will help plan and execute a range of projects — from digital content and campaigns to client events and thought leadership initiatives. You will work closely with local and global marketing teams and collaborate with business leaders to deliver high-impact, compliant marketing activities that support WTW’s business priorities.

Delivery of the marketing projects and all its elements and tactics within agreed timelines and budgets, including activity in Italy in coordination with global campaigns and locations. Creation and delivery of engaging digital content and communication and face to face or on-line client events tracking performance on digital platforms. Develop and maintain a good understanding of the insurance market, as well as the products, services and solutions that WTW offers to clients. Ensure content meets the requirements of our regulated environment Evaluate marketing activity through analysis of digital data to ensure that the activity is helping the company to achieve its sales goals. Develop good working relationships and work closely with other members of the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency of approach to marketing activities and to share new ideas and best practices both in Italy and globally. Ensure marketing activity is consistently supporting sales growth.

The Requirements

 

Master’s Degree (MA) in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design, Digital Media, or a related field.Proven experience (2–4 years) in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of online and offline channels in a marketing/creative role in a corporate or agency setting, ideally gained within a financial services or a B2B environment.Strong digital skill set and advanced competencies, including:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)Email marketing, SEO, HTML basics, CMS (Content Management Systems)Digital campaign tracking and analytics toolsPowerPoint and visual storytelling for both internal and external audiencesStrong project management skills and experience with project management and collaboration toolsStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Curious, flexible, and comfortable working across global teams and digital ecosystems.Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously.Change and adaptability/ability to work through ambiguity, as well as an ability to work across geographies
Nice to HaveExcellent command of English (C1 level essential); native Italian speaker. Adaptable and quick learner with new marketing tools, systems and processes.Familiarity with motion design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).Knowledge of web design (UX/UI) and HTML/CSS.AI prompting experience.Exposure to internal communications or employer branding projects.Experience in regulated environments (e.g., IVASS) is a plus.
