Astria Health is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! 

 

This is a full time day shift position. There will be times where weekend work is needed for special events. 

 

This position is responsible for the support and coordination of the organization’s marketing efforts including physician and service promotion, events, fundraising, and staff activities. You will:

 

Coordinates with department colleagues to ensure the completion of organizational benchmarks of engagement and productivity.In coordination with marketing department, the marketing coordinator supports and maintains department leader and clinic manager relationships and supports corresponding logistical workflows for marketing activities.In coordination with Director, the marketing coordinator supports and maintains community relationships and corresponding logistical workflows for fundraising activities.Collaborates with marketing team on the execution of the organization’s fundraising strategy. Supports organization marketing, events, and activities. Attends events to support as requested.Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.Performs other duties as assigned.High School Graduation or GED. Two or more years of direct work experience in marketing or event coordination.Two or more years (concurrent with above) of professional administrative support.Oral and written fluency in the English language.Valid driver license and personal vehicle. (Personal insurance required)

 

Preferred Qualifications and Education.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in MarketingBilingual in Spanish
