Our Mission
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for identifying and executing, under the supervision of the local and regional team, key industry and competitor trends, building strategic brand value, and ensuring strong positioning of Dreams Madeira in the marketplace. The role aims to increase visibility, drive revenue, and meet the company’s established goals.ty.

Main Responsibilities and DutiesExecute marketing campaigns, co-branding initiatives, and advertising efforts in coordination with the regional brand manager.Manage customer interactions and create engaging social media content in collaboration with the regional social media manager.Support the regional team in planning and executing resort photo and video shoots to ensure proper branding and positioning.Act as liaison between local media and the regional communication manager for all communication and PR activities.Successfully launch and position the new property to meet sales targets and revenue goals.Implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance customer experience and brand longevity.Coordinate and manage events at the resort.Prepare and oversee quarterly reports and ad-hoc presentations.Supervise internal CI communication (printing, use of logos, layouts, etc.).Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values in all activities.
