Job Summary
We are hiring an Operations and Marketing Coordinator to support daily business operations and marketing activities in a hands-on, cross-functional role. This position helps maintain pricing and data accuracy, supports sales and leadership initiatives, creates marketing materials, and assists with administrative coordination. It is a good fit for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing analytical and creative work in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain cost analysis spreadsheets and support pricing strategy using advanced Excel skillsCreate and update price sheets, product booklets, trifolds, brochures, and other marketing materials using Adobe InDesignAssist with website updates and ongoing content managementCoordinate travel arrangements and provide administrative support for leadershipLearn and use the ERP system, including support for order entry and data accuracyProvide backup front desk support, including greeting visitors and answering incoming callsDigitize, organize, and maintain electronic and physical filesPartner with sales and leadership teams to keep branding, pricing, and customer communication consistentSupport light CAD work for basic drawings and updates using Autodesk InventorHelp with cross-functional tasks to keep daily operations running smoothlyQualifications
Required
Strong Excel skills, including reporting, formulas, and spreadsheet managementExperience with Adobe InDesign or similar graphic design softwareExperience supporting administrative or executive functions, including travel coordinationStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication skills and a team-oriented approachExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness and ability to learn ERP systems quicklyPreferred
Experience with marketing support and marketing communicationsExperience updating pricing sheets, brochures, and website contentBasic CAD experience, preferably with Autodesk InventorExperience supporting multiple departments or managersWork Environment or Schedule
