Marketing Coordinator
Job Title Operations and Marketing Coordinator Location Portland, Oregon, On-site Pay Range $27.00 to $35.00 per hour Job Summary We are hiring an Operations and Marketing Coordinator to support daily business operations and marketing activities in a hands-on, cross-functional role. This position helps maintain pricing and data accuracy, supports sales and leadership initiatives, creates marketing materials, and assists with administrative coordination. It is a good fit for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing analytical and creative work in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities + Build and maintain cost analysis spreadsheets and support pricing strategy using advanced Excel skills + Create and update price sheets, product booklets, trifolds, brochures, and other marketing materials using Adobe InDesign + Assist with website updates and ongoing content management + Coordinate travel arrangements and provide administrative support for leadership + Learn and use the ERP system, including support for order entry and data accuracy + Provide backup front desk support, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls + Digitize, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files + Partner with sales and leadership teams to keep branding, pricing, and customer communication consistent + Support light CAD work for basic drawings and updates using Autodesk Inventor + Help with cross-functional tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly Qualifications Required + Strong Excel skills, including reporting, formulas, and spreadsheet management + Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar graphic design software + Experience supporting administrative or executive functions, including travel coordination + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Professional communication skills and a team-oriented approach + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite + Willingness and ability to learn ERP systems quickly Preferred + Experience with marketing support and marketing communications + Experience updating pricing sheets, brochures, and website content + Basic CAD experience, preferably with Autodesk Inventor + Experience supporting multiple departments or managers Work Environment or Schedule + Day shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM + Some schedule flexibility available + On-site role + Small office environment supporting multiple departments, primarily leadership, sales, and engineering Additional Information + Contract to hire opportunity + Expected duration is 6 months + Work is performed in a manufacturing environment focused on industrial products + This role offers long-term potential and the opportunity to contribute ideas and support process improvements Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
