Marketing Coordinator
Job Title: Operations & Marketing CoordinatorJob Description Join our team as an Operations & Marketing Coordinator where you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the operational and marketing functions of our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across various departments. You will contribute to business efficiency, create customer-facing materials, and support internal coordination efforts. Responsibilities + Develop and maintain cost analysis spreadsheets and support pricing strategies using advanced Excel skills. + Create and update price sheets, product booklets, trifolds, and brochures using Adobe InDesign. + Assist with website updates and ongoing content management. + Coordinate travel arrangements for General Manager and Sales Manager. + Learn and utilize the ERP system; assist with order entry and data accuracy as needed. + Provide backup support for front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls. + Digitize, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files for operational efficiency. + Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to ensure consistency in branding, pricing, and customer communication. + Support light CAD work using Autodesk Inventor for basic drawings and updates. + Support cross-functional needs to help maintain smooth daily operations. Essential Skills + Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain cost and pricing models. + Experience with Adobe InDesign or similar graphic design tools. + Familiarity with ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly. + Basic experience with CAD software a plus (Inventor preferred). + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Schooling or experience in marketing using InDesign. + Experience supporting executives with travel and calendar management. + Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative and support various departments. Work Environment You will be working in a small office of five people, supporting multiple departments and managers, primarily the General Manager and Sales. The company manufactures industrial hoses and accessories, offering a stable work environment due to the diverse range of products. This is a long-term opportunity where you can influence ideas and bring new strategies into action. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
