Marketing Coordinator
Description • Responsible for coordination and communication to deliver assets to Outlet field team • Upload tracking numbers for all seasonal campaigns and manage vendor reships • Be the point of contact and respond to various requests, questions and needs from our field team • Post weekly internal communications to all stores • Manage invoice/PO/accruals, and communication with accounting teams • Update and Maintain team budget • Quarter end Vendor communications • Manage NA Outlet team workback schedules and project trackers • Create reporting templates, share them out, collect & consolidate recap reports • Support Marketing Managers on various day to day tasks and projects Skills - 1-3 years Experience in marketing admin / marketing - Additional experience in retail, marketing comm, project management, marketing ops is a plus - University level education (major in marketing preferred) - Analytical skills and mindset required. Project Management experience, good design eye is plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Adobe Create Suite and PM tools is a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to multitask with high attention to detail e- International/multi-cultural experience, ability to speak multiple languages, good copy-writing skills is a plus - Passion for the outdoors is a plus Skills Project management, excel, data entry, administrative support, marketing admin, communication skills, retail Top Skills Details Project management,excel,data entry,administrative support,marketing admin,communication skills Additional Skills & Qualifications e- Instore / Retail marketing experience helpful - Strong communication skills – be able to provide written instructions that someone can follow - Detail Oriented - Organized - Able to take verbal action items and run with them Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
