MARKETING COORDINATOR

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator, you are part of the Sales Marketing Team of 8 driven and international colleagues. You will work closely together with the Cluster Digital Marketing Manager and will report directly to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities

Work closely together with all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges, as required

Identify and implement a targeted, integrated marketing and communications strategy for the hotel that aligns with the brand and the hotel's KPIs.

Serve as the Brand Guardian, ensuring all marketing activities consistently align with the brand standards.

Ensure all hotel and FB advertising and collateral maintain consistently high standards and comply with both brand guidelines and the unique identity and target market of each outlet.

To manage the content strategy on the hotel’s own media including the Hotel Website, mini-site(s) and social platforms, with a focus on tracking and analyzing engagement

To maintain the annual marketing communications budgets, including above the line advertising, digital content marketing, e-marketing, public relations, sales promotions and publicity that will form part of the hotel’s business plan.

Strategize and manage the hotel’s social media platforms, including creative content development and community engagement.

Create or source visually engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels) that reflects the hotel’s personality, design, events, and guest experience.

Collaborate with local businesses, event organizers, and tourism boards for cross-promotions with museums, restaurants, and retail outlets, and participate in or sponsor local events, festivals, and community initiatives.

You have IT skills and are familiar with social media;

You are pro-active, creative and customer focused;

You have either completed a hospitality or marketing study or (trainee) experience in a similar position

You have great computer skills and are familiar with social media

Basic knowledge of Canva and Adobe
