Main Tasks
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the ZEISS solution and identify appropriate customers within the target market.
2. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
3. Qualifier new sales leads through inbound lead through marketing campaigns.
4. Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
5. Conducting follow-up communications to qualifier leads through the sales funnel.
6. Generate & maintain leads database and monitor sales funnel progress.
7. Coordinate & execute for promote ZEISS product & technologies.
8. Prepare and follow up internal process to ensure the Webinars conducted with well organized.
9. Demonstrated ability to organize & a team player as well.
10. Perform any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the direct supervisor and/or as may be required by opera-tions.
Requirements
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
Experience:At least 2 years working experience in relevant industry (Customer services)
Other skills
1. Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
2. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred
3. Good ability of MS power point
4. A proven track record of strong client relationships.
5. Excellent client service skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Work as a team player with an outgoing friendly attitude
8. Be open to change and be flexible
9. Assess situations / problems and logically and creatively finding solutions
