Marketing Coordinator
Description We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team in Rochester, New York. In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality marketing materials, proposals, and presentations that align with client needs and deadlines. This position offers the opportunity to combine creativity with strategy to drive impactful marketing initiatives. Campaign Support & Execution + Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms. + Coordinate promotional activities, events, and trade shows. + Monitor campaign performance and compile reports on effectiveness. Content Creation & Management + Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, emails, and social media posts. + Maintain and update website content and blog posts. + Collaborate with designers and writers to produce engaging content. Social Media & Digital Marketing + Manage company social media accounts (posting, scheduling, monitoring engagement). + Track analytics and optimize content for reach and engagement. Market Research & Analysis + Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences. + Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decisions. + Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Administrative & Coordination Tasks + Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met. + Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams. + Manage inventory of promotional materials and marketing supplies. CRM & Email Marketing + Assist with email marketing campaigns + Maintain and segment contact databases. + Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Event Planning & Support + Help organize webinars, conferences, and community events. + Coordinate logistics, registration, and promotional materials. + Provide on-site support when needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate marketing • Marketing experience in Architecture, Construction, and/or Engineering industries is REQUIRED • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Familiarity with state and federal procurement processes is highly desirable.
