Marketing Coordinator
Description We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Monterey, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to work on creative marketing initiatives while contributing to the promotion of children’s products and educational materials. The role involves both remote and onsite work, with a flexible schedule designed to support a collaborative and innovative work environment. Responsibilities: • Develop visually engaging infographics and carousel content to support marketing campaigns. • Collaborate closely with sales teams to effectively position products for maximum market impact. • Generate creative strategies aimed at boosting product sales and enhancing brand visibility. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Excel, to organize and streamline marketing processes. • Assist in creating persuasive marketing materials tailored to the education and children’s products sector. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives. • Adapt quickly to new software and tools with provided training to enhance productivity. • Contribute to the overall organization and execution of marketing initiatives. • Support the team by proofreading and ensuring the quality of marketing documents and graphics. Requirements • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, retail, or a related field. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • A creative mindset with a focus on sales and product positioning. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel. • Experience or knowledge in creating compelling sales and marketing materials. • Background in retail or marketing with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks. • Some college education is preferred. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
