About the Role

A leading HVAC engineering solutions provider in the Middle East is seeking a Marketing & Consulting Engineer to drive consultant engagement and strategic product specification across the KSA and UAE markets.

This role is critical in influencing early-stage project designs by positioning HVAC air distribution solutions with MEP consultants, engineering firms, and design offices. The ideal candidate combines strong HVAC technical expertise with consultant-focused marketing and specification management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Consultant Engagement & Specification Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, design engineers, and project specifiers Ensure early-stage product positioning and inclusion in project specifications Conduct technical meetings, design discussions, and presentations to secure approvals Support consultants with technical documentation, datasheets, compliance certificates, and submittals Expedite consultant approvals and maintain structured CRM records Coordinate senior-level meetings to strengthen long-term consultant partnerships

Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

Track HVAC market trends, consultant preferences, and project pipelines in KSA and UAE Monitor regulatory updates and specification requirements Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and positioning Provide internal reports highlighting opportunities, risks, and consultant activity

Product Promotion & Business Development

Work closely with sales teams on project follow-ups and technical support Support prequalification processes, technical submittals, and compliance documentation Assist with government registrations, including oil & gas sector entities Deliver CPDs, technical seminars, and product presentations to consultants and FM companies Participate in industry forums and exhibitions (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, HVAC expos) Share market and consultant feedback with the engineering team

Strategic Marketing & Digital Support

Collaborate with digital marketing teams on brochures, presentations, case studies, and HVAC-focused content Support targeted marketing campaigns for consultants and engineering firms Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 7–10 years of experience in HVAC/MEP technical marketing or consultant-driven sales in the Gulf region (KSA experience preferred) Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products (VAV, AHU, FCU, diffusers, dampers, controls, etc.) Proven experience working with MEP consultants in KSA or UAE Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Commercially astute, proactive, and results-driven Willingness to travel between KSA and UAE Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; strong English communication skills required Should be based in Dubai working on KSA projects with consultant.
