About the Job:

Develop social media strategy, execute content, and share efforts internally to increase engagement.Serve as the marketing point of contact and execute marketing-related onboarding needs for new hires.Manage the firm's website and CRM interface.Draft marketing collateral, announcements, press releases, website content, and more.Support marketing initiatives and communications efforts through additional tasks as required.

About You:

4+ years of dynamic and progressive marketing and communications experience are required.A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.Proficient in MS Office 365 and a technical savviness with learning new platforms.Collaborative self-starter with strong follow-through skills.Executive-level communication skills and proven project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:

$85k-$100k, depending on experience.Hybrid 1 day/week onsite in Chantilly, VA.Starting ASAP!Comprehensive benefits package.
